The Kiwanis Club of Palmer Township is a service organization that was formed in 1974 with the sole purpose of helping children in the community. Throughout the year the Club raises funds which are disbursed within the community to improve the lives of children and youth in the Easton area. To manage these fund raising activities, the club meets every week for fellowship and to plan activities to support this objective.

In 1992 the Kiwanis Foundation of Palmer Township was formed as a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization with the goal of supplementing the charitable interests of the Kiwanis Club of Palmer Township. The Foundation is funded by legacies and bequests, as well as contributions from members of the Kiwanis Club of Palmer Township and the general public.

The Club and the Foundation work together to achieve their mission. The Foundation does so through a competitive grant process with a specific deadline. Click on Foundations awards and the grant request procedure for this information.
